Tina Habib

President Worldwide & Co-Founder

Holder of a PhD in Political Marketing from the Holy Spirit. University of Kaslik, Lebanon, Tina is also a Fulbright Scholar where she attended the University of Illinois. The Fulbright Program is considered to be one of the most prestigious and widely recognized scholarships in the world.

Tina has held several managerial level positions in academia, including being a Marketing Chair at one of the most respected universities in Lebanon. She is still active at several universities as an Assistant Professor.

Throughout her life, Tina has lived in numerous cities around the world and has integrated into several cultures making her highly experienced in cross-cultural exchanges. She is currently located in Lebanon and looking forward to contributing to an alternate economy through Cedar Solutions, due to the turmoil the country is facing today.


Jordan Rosenberg

President Of US Operations & Co-Founder

Jordan graduated with a B.A. from Tulane University, in New Orleans in 1991, and a MBA from the University of Miami in 1995.

After obtaining his MBA, Jordan embarked on a 25 year career in the business world, which has seen him work with companies as big as AT&T and FedEx, to small startups. Jordan's career rise saw him grow from a SDR to becoming a SVP of Sales/Marketing.

During the time spent in his leadership roles, he worked closely with CMO's to ensure their strategies were synched to hit their company's revenue goals. For the last number of years he has been hired as a consultant for a number of startup companies.

It is this leadership and business acumen that Jordan brings to Cedar Solutions and we are excited to have him on our team. Jordan has lived most of his life in the New York City area, and currently resides in Delray Beach, FL


Alex Sepehri-Nik


Alex graduated from The University of Miami, School of Law in 1996 with honors. Alex then moved to the San Fransisco Bay Area, working in Silicon Valley where he served as General Counsel & Secretary of the Board of Directors to Amber Networks (acquired by Nokia) and Telephia (acquired by the Nielsen Company and now named Nielsen Mobile).

After his successes in California within the telecom space. Alex took his experience and knowledge to serve as General Counsel for Nexius. Nexius provides end-to-end telecommunications deployment services and solutions on the latest technologies worldwide. It was during his time with Nexius that Alex truly learned the value of outsourcing for technology and telecom providers.

After Nexius, Alex went on to co-found two start-up companies, Brazil Tower Company, ("BTC") in 2011, and Arquiero Telecom, in 2015. These companies remain an integral part of helping build the needed infrastructure of shared cell-towers, and shared backhaul to help Brazil keep up with the rest of the world, economically, educationally, and socially. As President of BTC, from 2011-2015, he helped raise $135 million (in equity & debt) and led the company to become the 3rd largest independent towerco in Brazil, and 70th largest in the world.

It is this vast knowledge of start-up, and international business experience that Alex brings to Cedar Solutions.



Anthony Habib


Anthony has nearly 20 ears of business and entrepreneurial experience in construction, real estate, and most recently in telecommunications.

He graduated in 2002 with a degree in Business Economics and Finance from Vesalius College in Brussels, Belgium, Anthony has been business minded from as far back as he can remember.

Being fluent in 4 languages (English, Arabic, Portuguese, French), allows Anthony to manage. recruit and lead teams from different cultures at different levels of experience. Not only is this an asset to Cedar Solutions but also to our clients around the globe.
